Blue sky almost pulls off the trick of making you forget that its animated, then helpfully reminds you by having something incongruously cgi come and hit you in the eyeballs. Its a nice story though, rather too heavy on the love story side of things but the basic repressed masses rising story has been done better, maybe just watch metropolis (the original) its nearly as futuristic.
